This guy is a Mountain Goat, also known a 'Rocky Mountain Goat' since they are inhabitat there:
"The mountain goat inhabits the Rocky Mountains and Cascade Range regions of North America, from northern Washington, Idaho and Montana through British Columbia and Alberta, into the southern Yukon and southeastern Alaska. Its northernmost range is said to be along the northern fringe of the Chugach Mountains in southcentral Alaska. Introduced populations can also be found in such areas as Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, South Dakota and the Olympic Peninsula of Washington." ~Wikipedia

Is the fur shedding?
And yes i think the fur is shedding, we went at the Zoo in early spring, where the days still were fresh sometimes, so I guess the goat might just change to summer fur.
Oh and I don't know if it's a him or a her, I used 'guy' in the description though, but I thought you can use it neutrally, like when you say: "Hey guys!" You can say this equally to men or women? (The word guy just comes so handy oftenly!
